Report new workplace
If your workplace information is not in the Occupational Safety Personnel Register, please proceed to “Register new workplace”.
Information of the workplace, the occupational safety and health term and the occupational safety and health coordinators at the workplace is reported on the form. The report is made by the occupational safety manager or another person authorised by the employer.
Submit the report by filling in the electronic occupational safety personnel notification. Once you have saved your workplace information, you will receive a username and password in your email, which you can then use to manage your workplace information.
